Work Methodology (Designing Team):
- The designing team is headed by Mr. Mohammed Khanbahadur.
- He has around 20 web designers working for him, who vary in designation from trainee to senior project leader level.
- Depending upon the complexity of work, the senior project leader decides the team size.
- The task is then assigned to the team.
- On completion of tasks, it is passed on to the head of the department via the project leader.
Work Methodology (Development Team):
- The development team is headed by Mr. Khalid Rizwan.
- He has around 20 web developers/programmers working for him, who vary in designation from trainee to senior project leader level.
- Depending upon the complexity of work, the senior project leader decides the team size.
- The task is then assigned to the team.
- On completion of tasks, it is passed on to the head of the department via the project leader.
The above methods apply when the work is purely concentrated either on web designing or web development.
In the case when the project work involves both designing and development, the project leaders of both departments coordinate with each other and form a team comprising of both web designers and web developers and work in tandem.
Although the project leaders are the main source of communication between the heads of the respective departments and team members, but 21CenturyWeb follows an “open door policy” wherethrough the team members can communicate directly with the heads of the respective departments.
